Generate Mailing List

Simply populate a search box or boxes on the search screen in any combination and click the search button to generate mailing labels. If you want to mail to a specific subdivision or a section of a subdivision the best way to insure all labels for the subdivision are generated is to look up the account number for the subdivision from the main search page. Make note of the first six digits of the account number and then enter those six digits into the account number search box on the mailing label search screen. Click the search button and the labels will be generated for you. The addresses on the labels are the Taxpayer's address not the property address. Contact Carson Map if you want to mail to the physical property address. The labels are generated in standard Avery 5160 format, 1" x 2-5/8" 30 labels per sheet.
